Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you if we need to correct an error, verify information, or cannot fulfil an order. Payment is processed by the payment providers shown at checkout.
Food and allergens
Review the final ingredient and allergen information before preparing or consuming a product. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or need product information.
Returns and consumer rights
Our returns and replacement approach is set out in the Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
