Returns and refunds

This policy applies to orders delivered to Austria and to any other country where ORZA Pantry offers delivery at checkout.

Returns. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges. We accept exchanges.

Product condition. New only. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return window. 14 days from the day you receive the order.

Return methods. You can return an item by mail, at a drop-off location, or in store.

In-store and mail returns address. BOULABAIM AMJAHID AMIN, Calle Loma de los Riscos 59, Bloque 4 Portal 3 Esc. I, 29620 Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain.

Return label. A return label is included in the package. The return label is free.

Restocking fee. EUR 2.50 (€2.50).

Refund processing time. 5 days after we receive the returned item.
